Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem — In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
LinkedIn alone is slow. Email alone can feel cold. Together they work better. Here is a simple LinkedIn + cold email strategy anyone can follow.
The 5-touch idea
- View their LinkedIn profile (light signal)
- Send a short connection note — no pitch
- Send email 1 with one clear reason you wrote
- Engage one of their posts (honest comment)
- Send a short follow-up email
Space these over 7–14 days. Do not spam both channels the same morning.
What to say on LinkedIn
Keep it human: “Hi {{name}}, I follow {{company}}’s work on {{topic}}. Would be good to connect.” No links. No deck. No “synergy.”
What to say in email
Four lines max: why them, one useful idea, one small ask, your name. If they already accepted on LinkedIn, mention that gently — do not sound creepy.
Scale tip: find leads on LinkedIn, then run clean email follow-ups in a sender like SenddMail with daily limits so inboxes stay healthy.
Rules
- Same person = same story on both channels
- Never copy-paste a sales page into LinkedIn
- Stop everywhere when they say no
Two quiet channels beat one loud channel.
