📜 TIMESOLUTIONZ INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT
BETWEEN: TimeSolutionz.com ("The Company") AND The Intern
1. INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
This agreement is made for a Web Development & SEO Internship at TimeSolutionz.com for a period of 3 months (12 weeks). The intern will work on live company projects using company's domains and hosting.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
- Website Development & Design on company domains
- On-Page SEO optimization and content management
- Off-Page SEO (link building, guest posting)
- Technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, structured data)
- Local SEO (Google My Business, local citations)
- UI/UX design and layout improvement
- Reporting once a week (Every Weekend)
3. CONFIDENTIALITY & COMPANY PROPERTY
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The Intern shall NOT share any login credentials, passwords, or company information with anyone. All company data is strictly confidential.
- Domain and hosting credentials must be kept secret
- No company information shall be shared with third parties
- All work done belongs to TimeSolutionz.com
4. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
The Intern agrees to fully compensate The Company for any loss caused due to:
- Sharing of confidential information
- Intentional damage to company files/data
- Misuse of company resources
- Theft or copying of company code/designs
The Company shall not be liable for any personal loss or damage to Intern's property.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All work created during this internship becomes the sole property of TimeSolutionz.com. Intern cannot claim ownership or use work elsewhere without written permission.
6. COMPENSATION
- First 3 Months: No stipend (Training period – results check)
- After 3 Months: Job opportunity with monthly salary based on performance, plus project-wise share (commission on software/guest post sales, etc.)
7. REPORTING & REVIEW
- Reports required once a week (Every Weekend)
- Monthly performance review
- Poor performance may lead to termination
8. TERMINATION
- By Company: Immediate termination for violation of terms
- By Intern: 3 days' notice required
- No certificate if terminated for cause
9. NON-COMPETE & NON-SOLICITATION
- Cannot work for competitors during and 6 months after internship
- Cannot poach company clients or employees
10. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore.
